Introduction of Shenzhen Baoan Sino-German (European) Industrial Development and Cooperation Alliance
Shenzhen Baoan Sino-German (European) Industry Development and Cooperation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance"), was founded in November 2016, dominated by the government of Baoan District, Shenzhen and charged by Baoan District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. It aims at high-level docking to German Industry 4.0, introducing German advanced technology and management to converge with local industries, bringing in the “Germany+” high-end industry to develop new kinetic energy, introducing the “+Germany” high-end technology to upgrade traditional industries, building an advanced manufacturing zone in China, and docking with German Industry 4.0 demonstration zone.
The establishment of the Alliance signifies that Baoan takes this opportunity to implement the strategy of manufacturing power, promote the high-end docking of Shenzhen manufacturing with advanced manufacturing in Europe and German Industry 4.0. In order to connect with German "Industry 4.0", take advantage of Germany's strengths, complement Baoan's weaknesses, create Baoan's innovations, and accelerate the construction of Baoan Sino-German Cooperative Industrial Park. We will expand exchanges in areas such as logistics, exhibition, environmental protection and education, and speed up the establishment of China-Germany SME cooperation demonstration zones, with industries such as intelligent manufacturing, energy conservation, environmental protection and electronic information as our main directions.
The Alliance is committed to promoting exchanges and cooperation between Bao 'an District and German government departments, industry associations, scientific research institutions, foundations and other relevant institutions,as well as further accelerating the establishment of a dialogue mechanism between intelligent manufacturing enterprises and industries, building an industrial and technological exchange platform, promoting the layout of cooperation and win-win development in the field of intelligent manufacturing between the Region and Europe and Germany, promoting Baoan enterprises to Germany through various exhibitions, organizing the members to visit and study in Germany, and offering German industrial training courses for corporate executives, etc. Meanwhile, the Alliance has also established a fixed cooperation mechanism with relevant industry associations and industrial alliances in cities with good relations with Germany, such as Jieyang City of Guangdong Province and Shunde District of Foshan City, to jointly promote the development of the Alliance.
The Alliance adheres to the purpose of innovation, cooperation, development and win-win, and tries its best to build an information exchange platform for its member enterprises; establishing a green industry development cooperation network, giving full play to the organizational advantages of the alliance, disseminating policy information, technical information, project information and regional dynamic information through the network and new media to realize information resource sharing; regularly organizing and issuing the latest industry trends and development news at home and abroad, so that the members of the alliance can grasp the first-hand information; establishing a mechanism for regional exchange of visits, strengthen liaison and promote regional information exchange; building a financing platform to strengthen cooperation with the capital market, so that we could build a multi-level investment and financing system for enterprises and projects, expand and improve financing channels for the manufacturing industry, support the transformation of technological achievements, implement key projects, and develop the construction of industrial parks; establishing a talent pool of experts and talents in need by means of actively contact with domestic and foreign scientific research institutions, enterprises and institutions, setting up expert teams and carrying out training and exchange services to cultivate and reserve talents for the development of manufacturing industry in line with the needs of the local region. We will establish a development think tank to provide intellectual support in strategic research, cutting-edge technologies, commercialization of achievements, and innovation management. We will strengthen the building of the organizational system, vigorously develop the member units of the alliance, improve the organization construction of the alliance and establish an open, sharing and cooperative working mechanism of the alliance, so that more small and medium-sized enterprises and social organizations can join the team of the development cooperation alliance.
